Someone in the lab has become infected by Strain K-7. Pass sealed samples, and open them for clues and to build an antidote. Keep the antidote viable until everyone is immunised, and send the scientists you suspect are infected to the containment pod before they take over the lab.

Pick up to three colleagues round the table. Hold back and everyone sees it. If you're infected, you can sabotage what you send, or contaminate one when your team's K-7 culture is ready.
Clean samples give a true clue about who's infected, vague at first and sharper as the game goes on. Contaminated ones turn you, and sabotaged ones drain the antidote. Every clean open feeds it.
Everyone makes one statement. The infected can share fabricated clues to frame a scientist. Prefer to talk out loud? The host can turn in-app chat off.
Nominate a suspect, see the tally, then vote with black and white balls. The containment pod scan reveals what they really were. From the containment pod you can still speak, send one unsigned note, predict the outcome, and vote in secret on next shift's lab event.
Once the centrifuge is full, the lab votes on who's immunised and the Custodian makes the final call. But the Custodian might taint it, so you can refuse a dose you don't trust.
Scientists win by quarantining the infected or holding out. The infected win when they outnumber the healthy.
The host taps Host a game and shares a 6-digit room key or invite link. Everyone else installs the free app and joins with the key. Play with anywhere from 1 to 10 people. A table needs at least 5 seats, so if fewer people join, customisable bots fill the missing seats, and with 5 or more people you can play with no bots at all. A moderator story opens every shift with a lab event, good news or bad: false positives, contamination in transit, anonymous tips, power cuts, security cameras and more. Pick a ready-made game type tuned for your table: Beginner, Classic, Party, Manic, Hard for scientists or Hard for infected, or build your own. Newcomers get the full briefing every shift; once you know the rules, switch to Initiated for a quick summary. Your wins, losses and best streak are kept on the Stats page.
Yes. Each player uses their own phone, so everyone installs the free Containment app. There's no browser version.
Just you, or up to 10 people. A table needs at least 5 seats, so bots make up the numbers if fewer people join: one person plus four bots is a full game. With 5 or more people you can play with no bots.
No. The infected team shares one culture of K-7. Contaminating a sample uses it up, and it takes a few shifts to regrow. Anyone whose dose or immunity blocks a contaminated sample learns exactly who sent it.
Online games need a connection for every player. Games against bots and the tutorial work offline.
The game carries on without waiting for them, and they can rejoin with the same room key. The host's phone runs the game, so the host should keep the app open.
